Armenian Student Association

Armenian Student Association is a common name for any of the given collegiate organizations comprised of students of Armenian heritage at various American colleges and universities. Generally speaking, each campus organization is independent and has no vertical relationship with any other organization.

However, there exists a body known as the All-ASA, whose official name is the Confederation of All-Armenian Student Associations. This body is the official body of united Armenian students in the Southern California area and is comprised of over a dozen organizations. The All-ASA was formally confederated in 2002 at the proposal of the CSUN ASA to clean up and codify existing non-formal procedures of interaction between the various Armenian student organizations in California.

Some of the Armenian Student Associations with long histories include the CSUN ASA, UCLA ASA, and USC ASA. Some of these organizations have membership in the hundreds and organize year-long activities.
